We hereby inform our Dear Guests that the wellness department located in the Hotel Bathhouse building is currently not operating. As compensation for the inconvenience, we provide our Guests with free entry to the Aquarius Adventure Bath, where the services of the Thermal, Children's and Adventure World can be used free of charge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The light on the Balcony of room 104 wasn't working. The door wouldn't close very well either in the same room. There was a little dust and cobwebs behind the headboard of the single bed. Staff member of the restaurant downstairs were unprofessional and odd. The music coming up from them was way too loud, keeping us awake in the evening. It was never this way before. I did complain to them via email also about that. Also cigarette smell was coming up the staircase ect. The play room downstairs was unorganised, dark, unfriendly. We skipped eating there or using the play room for that matter. Apart from the issues coming from the restaurant it was all good and staff of the Lodge were alright as usual.

Several things. Location is beautiful. Received access to spa whiich was a bonus. I was a little unsure of things because I booked late, but the staff were excellent. Breakfast tasty with nice atmosphere. Good value.
