The park entrance fees need to be purchased from the KWS portal https://kws.ecitizen.go.ke/.The Ark's is sister property of Aberdare Country Club, you are expected to arrive for lunch at Aberdare Country Club and then lodge vehicle will transfer you to The Ark for dinner and overnight.Only bag pack are allowed, excess luggage shall be stored overnight at the reception of Aberdare Country club.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The animal encounters were amazing. All the staff were great but Christine was incredible - I would have to say she was the best staff member I have ever experienced in any hotel across the world.

This is the place to be for watching the animals all night. Moreover, everything is well organised. Food is good and staff so friendly and helpful. I adored it

The animal viewing was suburb. All the staff were great but Christine was incredible - I would have to say she was the best staff member I have ever experienced in any hotel across the world. She was so helpful in organiising things, always caring about us, always smiling and engaging with us and even referred to as Auntie by our 5 year old daughter.
