My recent stay at W15 in Nuwara Eliya was nothing short of magical! The property itself is a stunning blend of elegance and charm, nestled perfectly amidst the misty hills, offering breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in every corner of W15 truly stood out—everything from the plush bedding to the serene ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. What elevated our stay even further was the incredible staff, particularly Raj Madhushanka and Shimal. Raj went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, always with a genuine kindness and professionalism that made us feel so welcomed. Shimal’s cheerful demeanor and helpful recommendations for local spots to visit added a special touch to our trip—we couldn’t have asked for better guidance!
