Staff - 10 (they made sure everything was fine for us; just their hospitality made our stay worthwhile!) The room and facilities - 8 Good continental breakfast, comfortable beds (lots of blankets, so you definitely don’t freeze) The place is situated in a small and quiet street with easy access to the city centre, everything in walking distance.
