What I liked the most was the helpful and willingness nature of the staff members. From the bell boy to the housekeepers, everyone was always genuinely attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and cozy with a stunning view of the city. We were 3 and were provided with more than enough pillows for us. We were on RO basis assuming we’d not be dining always at the restaurant. We were so wrong as we dined out only once. The in house restaurant offered a wide range of options for both dinner and breakfast. Live music was played during dinner that bought ambience to the already vibrant dinning hall. The quality of food was excellent and the ingredients used were super fresh as well. The food journey was completed by the excellent service from the F&B team. Shenu and thrishka to name a few. We used the swimming pool quite often during our stay. The shower facilities were extremely clean and spotless. The pool was warm and the water was not overly concentrated with chlorine. Kumar who maintained and managed the pool area was very friendly and kind to me and my family. Last and not the least, the bell man we had was the absolute best. As we were in need of a transfer way back to Colombo, he offered to help find us a good driver with a decent car. Me and my family are grateful for the services we received and we would definitely choose Araliya Red again. We would whole heartedly recommend this for the other travelers as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at Araliya Red, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hospitality we received was truly outstanding, making our stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Executive Chef Indika, who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our holiday to the fullest. His assistance and dedication to providing excellent food truly enhanced our experience, and we are incredibly grateful for his support. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the General Manager and the entire staff for their continuous support and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, our time at Araliya Red was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you once again to everyone who made our holiday so special.

The house keeping mngr Nissanth tried his best to accommodate my bedding requirement. It is a comfortable hotel. It’s budget because certain things you have to buy like extra water bottle, room slipper etc. it’s clean hotel with good hot water, heater and great breakfast for extra charge.

We booked a Deluxe Double room. Since the hotel was full at the time we arrived, we were given a Family Room for the same rate (upgrade). Much grateful for that. The room was big & comfortable. The dinner & breakfast buffets had good variety with some delicious dishes.
