Nice owner as they prepared us breakfast as early as 5am, best breakfast for our trip at Sri Lanka. The house is nice and can enjoy the sunrise view (not exactly facing the sun) at indoor sofa. Nice neighbour dog name Lucky.

Great hosts, good communication. Strong wifi . Great location near Gregory lake, short walk into town via Victoria park. Renovations and improvements in the facility ongoing to elevate the rooms further. Clean and spacious rooms. Made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early.

We had 2 nights at the guest house. Our host and his parents were extremely friendly, we had a great time with them. The room was a bit old, but very comfortable and well equipped (as we were the only guests, we got a bigger room without extra costs). The breakfast was really delicious. As a bonus the neighbour's dogs were chilling in the garden the whole time, they were friendly and playful.
