I have been in more than 100 hotels in the last 5 years but this one is one of those that really stands out. The staff was amazing and they helped us with every need we had. The ferry to nusa penida did not depart due to bad weather however they did amend the check one day later lowering the price despite the booking policy. Truly amazing people. The bungalows and the pool are also very good. Spacious and comfy.

Hosts were amazing, attentive and so lovely, super cute and aesthetic place to stay. Breakfast was served very quickly in the morning. Eggs benedict was really good. Drinking water always available. TV had netflix which was great! Chill penida is really close as well.

Staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile and a welcome drink. Luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel exterior was nice though a bit old. The room was spacious but had minimal furniture apart from the bed, which made it feel a bit empty. Still, it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
