The deluxe villa was perfect. Comfortable (firm) bed and very spacious room. Service and staff were second to none. The shuttle service was especially convenient - we used it a lot to get to and from local restaurants, spas, etc. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Excellent service from start to finish; every member of staff was polite and friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff. The property itself was stunning, the highlights include the pool, the garden and the outdoor shower. But in all honesty, the villa itself is perfect; I don't think the pictures do it justice. Also worth mentioning is the cleanliness, not just in our villa, but the entire complex is spotless. Breakfast was also great and so easy to request. The process of requesting breakfast and room service is so easy and intuitive. One thing that we discovered only upon our arrival is that the hotel will provide a driver for short trips around Nusa, and it's a great service. Overall, it is just a fantastic experience that is well worth the money.
