The staff is friendly and very customer centric. The attention to detail is to ensure that the guests have the best experience. Everything about the property is absolutely gorgeous, the lagoon rooms were absolutely amazing!

This resort was incredible, the scale is phenomenal and not captured in the photos on line. It is so much better in person. All of the food at the resort was beautiful. The included breakfast and afternoon tea would be enough to keep you going for the day but we also ate at 4 of the resort restaurants and they were superb. All the staff were lovely. I was blown away the whole time.
