An Unforgettable Stay Beyond All Expectations! From the moment we made our reservation, the team at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa impressed us with their incredible responsiveness and genuine care. This was not just any trip – it was our very first family vacation, where we celebrated both our wedding anniversary and our baby daughter’s first birthday. We had dreamed of visiting Bali since 2014, and this stay turned out to be even more magical than we could have ever imagined. The hotel team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were surprised with a special upgrade and thoughtful gestures that truly touched our hearts. Every single staff member was warm, kind, and flexible, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Having previously worked in luxury hotels such as Marriott and Sheraton in Paris, I can confidently say that the service at this hotel is in a league of its own – the staff here deliver at least twice the level of care and dedication I have ever witnessed. For families, this hotel is an absolute paradise! The kids club, playground, babysitting service, pools, and restaurants are perfectly designed to make children feel special and entertained all day long, while parents can relax and enjoy every moment. Our stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa was perfect in every way – heartfelt, authentic, and filled with small touches that made us feel like the most special guests in the world. Beautiful resort, we stayed in a Lagoon access room in the Palace Club which was fabulous, room wall decor near the TV was a bit worn and could do with being upgraded.

The first person we met was Chika. What an amazing young man. Excellent English. Showed an interest in our holiday. So good. Great asset to the team. We were very spoiled going to the airport in the new deluxe electric vehicle. So nice

The absolute top resort to stay in all of Nusa Dua area. The service was exceptional, well manicured, and state of the art facilities. Was able to hire bikes to ride around the whole area, use the pool facilities, enjoy the spa, and experience the special events such as fire dancing wtc.
