The bed was uncomfortable felt like of sleeping on a rock and the pillows were the same

Great location and definitely felt safe and secure as a solo traveller. Grounds and gardens are beautiful. Lots of water features and greenery. Huge.

The room size was great and the set up with the daybed for our children was perfect. The staff were all so helpful and polite - a big mention to Evi and Aditya who worked in the club room restaurant, they were so lovely!
