The staff were exceptionally friendly. Actually some the highest standard I have found and I travel often. Little things like making it easy for you to drop luggage there after check out, ensuring you know where the downstairs toilets are before you bounce off to your next destination etc. and enquiring about how your journey was. It all seemed very genuine and the staff seemed very happy in their work. The locations great, easy to get into Nurnberg and see things, rooms were big and well lit, decent desk space, plugs etc. Vending area downstairs was really handy. Didn't use the wellness facilities this time but having a sauna was a nice touch.

Very clean rooms, didn't hear other guests unless they were passing on the corridor. Well equipped. Really liked the breakfast (except the coffee 😀). Walking didtance to the center. Felt more like a business hotel, but it served well as a safe haven for our romantic weekend, too :)

The room was nice and the location was good. There was a separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hand/body lotion instead of the all-in-one you usually find in hotels. The cheese at the breakfast was good. The staff was kind and helpful
