We were satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful — the 24-hour reception is a big plus. The double rooms are quite small, but still sufficient and functional for a short stay. The continental breakfast was good, although I missed traditional Würst and unfortunately the waffle maker wasn't working — but those are just small details. Check-out is at 12:00, which we appreciated. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city, which was very convenient. Communication in English was smooth. Overall, this hotel is ideal for a short stay. It’s located very close to the city center — the entrance to Nuremberg's Old Town is practically across the street.

Everything the Hospiitally was excellent very friendly. Especially my Man Aka he was brilliant advise he gave me helped alot. I shall miss the place. if I go back to Nuremberg this place is only place I'd go and stay.
