The location of the hotel is very convenient. In the city center. Close to the airport, about 20 minutes by metro. The staff is very nice. The room is clean. But there is no gel, shampoo, toothpaste and a brush. Only soap. I was not comfortable because the room was on the roof, that is, the ceiling was at an angle, I was touching my head. I wish you all the best! The staff is very kind and attentive!

I liked everything! Very clean, very cosy. Room was warm and quiet. But what I absolutely loved about this hotel is the staff, always polite, always smiling and doing their best to help with whatever we needed 😊 We felt very welcomed and we'll definitely choose Hotel Fackelmann if we'll ever travel to Nuremberg again 😊

Great hotel within walking distance of the train station and the historic city centre, yet located in a very quiet area. The room is well-suited for working: there's a desk with an adjustable lamp, a power outlet nearby, and a wheeled chair. Spacious wardrobe, clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly, practical hotel close to the station and the opera house/theatre, just outside the old city walls, but nonetheless quiet, and the room was spacious for one. Clean, reasonably comfortable and good value. 24-hour reception always reassures.
