Everything was outstanding. This is my second stay. The breakfast is ample and delicious. The staff are so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. It is the best location for the Christmas markets. Thank you once again!

Very friendly and understanding staff. We had a child and came early, so they were able to let us in before the check in. And also called a taxi for us when ours did not show up. We felt that we were taken care of, which is the reason why people also go on holiday.
