The style of the Villa is very chic, it gives a very cool ocean vibe. It is a smaller establishment, but this gives its original feeling. You can really feel at home, and the staff gives its all as well to achieve this relaxing feeling. The owner cooks really delicious italian food, and he looks after the guests and all their needs. The whole staff is very flexible, everything for the customers!

The Rooms had plenty of space for my families things and beds were comfortable. The whole estate was cosy and perfect size for us as we were 2 seperate families. We had our own space for ourselves and would regulary meet at the pool to relax as if it was our own little community. Stefano is a great host who answered and rectified all our concerns and issues. Couldn't have asked for a better host. The staff equally matched Stefanos excellence as a host and also were very nice and helpful.

nice , cozy accomodation with nice pool, good rooms, not far away from the best beach in Nungwi (Royal beach), breakfast was nice as well. Stephano was very helpful in a bad situation. We don't have electricity for 2 days but the problem was affected for one area of Nungwi it wasn' their fault.
