Henriett was a wonderful and hospitable host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room attendant and restaurant manager, Martha, was exceptional—always quick to respond and incredibly attentive. Their combined efforts truly made our experience memorable, Chef was amazing with customised requests to cook special food for us .
