An absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the double room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was both hearty and delicious. We chose this hostel specifically because we were also booking a two-day excursion to the Aral Sea with Besqala (who manages both the hotel and the eco-tours). It was an extraordinary experience and perfectly organized. The car was very comfortable—essential for the long, bumpy off-road tracks—and we ate remarkably well. Even though the yurt camp is understandably basic, we slept well and the staff there was truly lovely. Every site visited exceeded our expectations. Upon our return, we didn't hesitate to stay at the hostel again because our first night had been so positive. They even upgraded us to a double room with a private bathroom! We highly recommend all of Besqala’s services. A must-do!

Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean property and spacious rooms.. more european vibe than other places in Uzbekistan. Definitely more than I expected!
