I loved the layout of the hotel. Very open and spacious, allowing for Tonga's cool breeze to circulate through. We appreciated the kids shallow pool! Perfect for our little ones. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We needed an extra bed for our toddler, and they upgraded us to a bigger room to accommodate our needs. Our first family trip to Tonga and we're very grateful to the staff for looking after us! Malo 'aupito!

My stay at the Tanoa Hotel in Tonga was made truly memorable thanks to the exceptional service provided by Cassandra. While there were a few minor issues during our stay, I wouldn’t deduct any stars—Cassandra and her team were on top of everything immediately, resolving matters efficiently and with genuine care. Breakfast and pool are exceptional. Throughout my travels, I’ve rarely come across someone who is as passionate about their role as Cassandra. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality made all the difference. It’s clear she not only takes pride in her work but genuinely cares about the experience of each guest.

The location is great and the facilities are lovely. The staff are friendly & helpful and everything was very clean. The pool area is really nice.
