The staff is really nice and we're willing to change our room when we mentioned the cigarret smell

The staff is really kind, they replied fast on booking and allowed us to enter the room early in the morning since our bus arrived early in Lago Agrio. The place itself is perfect, hot water, spacious room and big bed. They were even able to arrange a good breakfast for us in the morning.
