The team at Elizabeth are super friendly and always available to help out. They made some excellent recommendations for dinners and managed all the reservations. The rooms are well maintained and have everything you need. There is free tea and coffee in the reception and you also have free washing and drying facilities available. The Elizabeth is also just a short 5 min walk to the gondola and 5 mins to the main street, which means it's in an ideal location.
