Encouraged by the reviews we have booked an apartment. The owner kept in touch all the way. As we arrived she waited for us with the key. She told us that the apartment had an issue with the bathroom and she would provide us another location. The other location was two blocks away, still not far from the old center. It has also a secured parking place. Fourth floor with elevator. New building. I don't know how the other apartment looks like but this one looks exquisite. The owner, Ljiliana, has in my opinion, a taste for arrangements and nice things. Yes, it was clean and the kitchen had everything one may need. We didn't use it because as you step out on the street, you find for sure something to eat. Novi Sad is a gem. Amazing town with lots of streets, alleys, nice buildings and lots of trees. We must return to this town and location. They are a perfect match for some relaxing days. Ljiliana a very pleasant person with sin for humour answers very fast any questions or demands you may have. In the bedroom one could need a night lamp, I used my phone. There is also a fast internet, a big smart tv. The balcony hasn't a quite spectacular view but is cosy to seat there and enjoy a coffee or some drinks. I was happy to see that it is not oriented to the main street that is busy almost all the time. In the morning, drinking coffee and listening to some music on Youtube or in the late evening seeing something on Netflix before going to bed. The bed is comfy, makes you think you're sleeping on a cloud. This is also a personal opinion. We felt sorry as we left but the weather wasn't fine anymore. I must say at the end that the lighting was also very elegant. Try this location and you won't be sorry.

The owner gave us a lot of information about the city and the transportation means. The apartment is near to the city center, the car park is private and safe. Overall, the plus of the apartment is the owner which is very friendly.
