Booked a studio apartment, was very underwhelmed. Felt like it needed a redecorate, not very clean in bathroom and kitchen area. Wardrobe was broken, areas of the wall coming off. The air conditioning wasn't working, reported to the owner. He came and looked, but unfortunately could not get anyone to look at it until the following day. 1st night was very hot, even with the window open, didn't sleep well and considered staying somewhere else. Owner told us there was a family apartment that was available, and we were moved into there. That was amazing in comparison, good condition, air conditioner working and all the facilities we needed.
