We really enjoyed staying here. We were here for the Olympics, and could not check in during the stated time, the lady was very kind and let us arrive earlier, so we dont rush after the games. Hotel is renovated! Room was amazing, extra clean and extra warm. You could regulate the heating. Bathroom was excellent, with warm floors! Brand new room. The lady was the nicest person. We had small language barriers, but through the smiles we managed everything. In this region it’s better to know Italian or German, that’s normal. I can recommend. Hotel is very quiet, guests are nice too, we had the best sleep here. Breakfast was very good, the lady also offered us perfectly boiled eggs 🥰 bread, fresh juice, cheeses, butter, many jams, vegetables, muesli, yogurts - everything was fresh and high quality. Hotel is very close to the ski rental and ski lift. The city is nice as well. We read the negative reviews for hospitality here, but I guess it’s just language issue. We were sad people wrote this about the nicest lady. 🤍 ☹️ this place is very good. We did not use sauna, however I assume you have to book it.

Very good hotel. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the stay. At the beginning was a bit worried because they were not responding my message on booking, but everything went well, very good maintained hotel, good breakfast and nice owners

Good that it had parking onsite. Room was comfortable and we were pleased we had a balcony. Breakfast was good, the homemade apple strudel was really delicious
