Everything is as advertised. Breakfast is tasty - don't expect a 5 star hotel here. It's a same breakfast you would have at home, Nice coffee, selection of cheese, break, meat, yoghurt. Staff is super friendly. Some is always there in the morning if you need anything. It is located within 30-40m driving distance is close to spots like Bachledka, Smokovec and Poprad so it's a good starting point. Definitely recommend.
