Room was clean. Everything was working. Perfect place to rent for one person on weekend in Nottingham. This place had everything that I needed. It was very close to the city centre too. It is very small, but actually do you need more for 2 nights? I would say no. Clear instructions given by owner were very helpful. One thing that I also need to say about the owner is that he was very helpful and respond to every question that I asked. From what I've read in previous opinions from this place, and also from my own experience I can honestly say that owner care soooo much to give everyone what they need. If you ask, he for sure will try to help. There is added additional mattress, electric heater. I mean I don't have any minuses. It was a little bit cold like it always is in England, but if you set up radiators and in extreme need use electric heater for a minute there will be good. I was sleeping like a child! I would for sure recommend this place. And If I will come back to Nottingham, I will for sure check this place again to book it.

Breakfast was great as I made it myself with my own ingredients that I bought at the local tesco. 😋 There are loads of restaurants in the area so I was spoiled for choice.
