-Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival-Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay.-Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee-No stag or hen parties allowed.-No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. 3 reasonably sized bedrooms, great kitchen and coffee machine. Good fridge size, location was good. Tram stop close by, shopping in close proximity. close to cafes and restaurants
