The fine print
Smoking is not permitted and a fee of £300 for deep cleaning will be imposed if smoking occurs.Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee.Strictly no stag or hen parties.Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage).A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged.Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The furnishings, cleanliness and management of the property were all absolutely perfect. The messages from the team were always polite, professional and helpful, the property was beautiful and incredibly spacious for the price, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Couldn't ask for more!

The decor and size of the property was excellent. The beds were super-comfortable, and the pillows were exceptional, they were silk and I loved them. The location was perfect for us visiting family, and we enjoyed the space within the property.
