The hotel is in a good location for the M1 motorway. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Speedy check in. Issues with our room were dealt with professionally and promptly by a member of staff. We ate in the bar area. The meals were good and great portion sizes. Bar staff really helpful and provided excellent service.

Every member of staff was polite, cheerful, welcoming and efficient. The hotel is spacious and in very good decorative order. The food was of exceptional quality and variety, especially at breakfasts. There were a few minor issues with our room (see below) but the Front of House Manager, Joshua Chinn, couldn't have been any more helpful and courteous in resolving the issues to our total satisfaction.
