Very nice location, for us, very close to Nottingham sports center, 10 min walking distance. Quite at night. Host very responsive.

The bathroom was amazing. The shower was lovely. Kitchen facilities couldn’t fault it at all room size was great. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the next door house was noisy and partying loud and music until about 3:30 in the morning but other than that studio 22 was very very good Enjoyed the day thank you

Stayed for 3 nights. Location great for the Tennis Centre and also the University. Tram stop just outside. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would certainly stay there again.
