The staff at reception were very helpful, offering sound advice about the area and making me feel welcome. Even when the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, she found a way to provide access through a hotspot so I could stay connected. The location is excellent.

Location is unbeatable. And got a private guided tour of the Palace from the receptionist in the morning, just from showing an interest. Also, the bottle of wine in the mini bar was the best priced wine we found in Noto!

Fabulous location right at the heart of the old town, and next to the Cathedral. Lovely large room with spacious en-suite. Masses of hot water for showers. Clean towels every day. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff who always had smiles and were very helpful. Amazing old state rooms in the palace to explore at leisure. Shabby-chic in a grand way!

Great location in the old district, within walking distance of all the old churches. Quiet rooms and very clean. Great reception person and breakfast staff.
