A wonderful place that lets you truly feel what it means to live in a villa. There are almost no residential houses around, so the peace and quiet are absolutely royal. Not far from the property lie the ruins of an ancient city — a charming walk, especially with a glass of wine in the evening. By car, you can easily reach the town of Noto, and on the way there, it’s worth stopping by some impressive buildings that spark the imagination. The hosts who welcomed us were wonderful. They spoke little English, but that only added to the charm. They upgraded our room to a better one and even offered to prepare dinner for us. After spending the day in Noto and buying a bottle of good wine, we drove back through the hills at dusk — to our oasis of tranquility, where we were greeted by the most delightful aromas of food. It turned out to be a dinner made just for us, specially prepared. In a beautiful room surrounded by books and antique furniture, we were served a hearty, lovingly prepared meal — full of care and flavor. Since we visited in the off-season, there was only one other very polite couple staying in this wonderful residence — and, of course, a few cats. Away from the tourist crowds, we could truly experience the calm Italian dolce vita. We highly recommend this place — and don’t miss the chance to enjoy the dinner experience!

The location is very pretty. It was quiet, nice swimming pool. Very pretty rooms. Very nice for a short stay. I would recommend!!

An old stone house, a large swimming pool, the roar of cicadas - a place like from a movie. Thanks to the location of the rooms with access to the courtyard, it seems that you have come to visit a large Italian family, who at the same time respect your personal space) A spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large shower room. We had a wonderful rest and immersed ourselves in the aesthetics of this place

Fantastic place, beautiful room with great design, nice pool with lounge area and garden, excellent breakfast. Domenico was a wonderful host. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay, but you need to have a car to go for dinner or sightseeing
