the apartment is spotless and spacious with a generous bathroom and all extras including pillows and bathroom products. Breakfast was sensational- a wonderful cappuccino and excellent choices of pastries and meats and cheeses !

Excellent location right in the town centre. Very comfortable and well designed rooms, with good A/C. Cleaned everyday. Host was professional, helpful and friendly person with good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Good breakfast!

Very nice location, easy access, no ztl, we parked right in front of the hotel thanks to the gentle host arranging the parking for us. They have modern decorated salon with great view of the duomo. The free breakfast was a la carte and freshly done for your taste. All the menu items were delicious.

The location is perfect! The room was perfect! The large shower in the bathroom was perfect! The breakfast with so many options was perfect! The entire B&B was modern and just perfect! This was such a great find. Francesca made my stay absolutely wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. The B&B is in the heart of the city, close to all the great sites and fabulous places to eat. I walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable and I had a little balcony and couldn’t hear anything from the street. I’d definitely stay here again.
