The staff were welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking, atmosphere in bar/restaurant lively. Varied evening menu, along with specials and specialist evenings. The village was peaceful.

Good location, friendly helpful staff, quiet and comfortable night. I ate in the bar, good homemade food, good atmosphere and reasonable price. Breakfast was great, good quality, tasty and large portions.

Pub closed until 6pm so key left in key safe which was fine. Small room but clean with comfy bed. Hot shower but shower cubicle looking a bit tired. Pub staff very friendly and had an excellent choice on the menu, Breakfast also excellent. Pub garden at the back.
