Visited for a student reunion. Excellent facilities, clean, quiet, pleasant management. Appreciated the polite no shoes inside policy. Leafy residential area between town centre and uni; nice pubs and good quality reasonably priced restaurants. Connaught Kitchen round the corner great for breakfast.

Very good communication with short notice booking. Martin was very helpful to check me in and provide details for entry . I stayed for few hours only but happy to stay again .

The guesthouse was beautiful, bright and clean with recently laid soft carpets… the room was lovely, clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and the en-suite was nice too.
