We were greeted by Ellie who brilliant as we arrived early she took care of our luggage and showed us around our room and facilities. Other staff the following day were just as friendly and helpful. Very beautiful and comfortable room. Very clean bath.

Room lovely and breakfast very good indeed. A great place to stay in central Norwich with parking (Council car park) close by.
