Lovely countryside location. Had an excellent meal in the evening and a lovely breakfast, which set us up for the rest of the day. Very friendly staff and welcoming pub.

First the positives. The exterior and internal bar and restaurant exude rustic charm. We only had one evening meal during our stay, but it was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully! The head?waitress and infact all the waiting team were very attentive whilst we were in the restaurant. The breakfasts were amazing! We would go as far to say that the breakfast menu was by far the best we had ever come across. This is most definitely a food orientated establishment, a definite foodie haunt as all 3 nights we were there, the bar and restaurant were packed with diners! The en-suite room we had was not the biggest. However, it was modern and clean with a wonderful walk in waterfall shower. Towels changed daily. Tea/coffee making facilities well stocked. Location very peaceful overlooking fields to rear. Just 25 mins approx into Norwich and 45 mins into Gt Yarmouth
