Very Nice and clean , Was a little noisy with people banging doors and walking and talking down the corridor at 1am, But over all very nice.

It was clean tidy and staff were pleasant and equipped with what you need hairdryer and fan and iron and ironboard also safe in cuboard. Downstairs is coffee machine and vending machines do.cost of course can use your card. This hotel is ok for 3 star

The location was absolutly perfect for The Rock & Roll Circus @ Earlham park. situated on the edge of the uni campus 10 min walk was perfect.
