Location is on UEA campus, as a bespoke "hotel" similar to a hall of residence. I had room 1 which is about double the size of other rooms, otherwise same style. Lots good: bright and clean room, comfy bed, bathroom is clearly pre-built unit. Not unlike a premier inn room, and I quite like those. Some corridor noise from heavy doors closing, but generally quiet at night even though at full occupancy. Free parking with stay in massive campus carpark about 5 mins walk away. Lovely view of green space.

Great location for accessing the university as its right on campus. The bed was really comfortable - I had a great sleep! Staff are lovely and super helpful. I’ll definitely stay again if visiting the uni.

Nicely positioned in a beautiful part of UEA campus overlooking the Broad (lake). Market beating price with good travel connections. Friendly and helpful staff.

We didn't use the facilities for breakfast, but the location for watching a band was fantastic, there is a shop close by and the student bar, plus cafes, all in all very good and will stay again.
