The luxury suites have ground floor access.Please note the annex rooms are located at the bottom of the hotel drive.

Was attending Gin Festival a 3 mile walk away. Had a previous hotel cancelled booking. Nice location plenty of parking even with a wedding reception taking place on my arrival Room was comfy with a skylight window but I wasn't there for a view so it was of no issue. Staff excellent and the pancake breakfast with lots of coffee and fruit juice set me up for the long journey home Was top end of what I would pay for single room but was value for money

Food menu was lovely and the staff were always approachable and happy to help. Impressed with this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Will come again!

All staff on my visit were very friendly and helpful, there was a kitchen employee nearby when I was talking about breakfast at the reception desk who was very helpful and made recommendations. I booked a single room but ended up with what felt like a king size bed, bath with shower, and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and a fan was provided upon request due to the hot weather.
