The food particularly the breakfast was a little over engineered. If you wanted a straight forward english or porridge or toast and marmalade this was not available but a rather sweet sticky sausage on a plate preceded by gluttonous scrambled egg and smoked salmon and impossibly hard soda bread, with a shot of green ?? were the set breakfast. I'm sure the chef means well but it didn't work for me.

From the beautiful setting, to the sumptuous bedding and sublime toiletries, we feel completely rejuvenated from our one night away. Our stay of course made all the better by a romantic evening in EYAS with it's incredible food and faultless service. We are already looking at when we can return. Thank you.
