Spotless clean and spacious, very quiet with lovely birdsong, no traffic noise. Great location for exploring the Norfolk coast. Huge kitchen with everything we needed.

I liked the fact that the house was big enough for all of my family without being on top of one another. All of the bedrooms were a good size as well. Beds and bedding were comfy , the towels were good quaility as well.

Very good location for things to do in Norfolk and very quiet. Spacious. Wifi was fine throughout. Heating is very good on the ground floor, and controller is easy to use. Log burner worked well. Good screens on stairs for liitle kids. Good BBQ but too chilly to use it.
