We particularly liked the proximity to the seabus and busses and to the stores and restaurants at the Quay. We appreciated being upgraded to a room with a view of the harbor.

The location is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the daily housekeeping was very good. My room was very clean. The hotel is also very quiet which is a pleasant surprise given it's location. The bed was comfortable and there were different kinds of pillows on the bed.

We had 2 x stays at the hotel, first was in a vasic room 2nd in the suite. The room was okay, tired, and needed decorating, hallways, and lights very dark too. The 2nd stay in the suite, the room was freshly decorated and the views amazing but the windows were dirty so spoiled the look. Also, the paint was chipped off the bedside cabinet, and the sale was dated, the air conditioning units large and old. For the price of the room I was disappointed not to have a bottle of water provided.
