Beautiful villa, but extra charges and overpriced services We visited several islands as part of a test trip and stayed one night at Grand Park Kodhipparu in a Pool Water Villa with an all-inclusive package. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service was decent. However, we were surprised at check-in when we were told that no shared speedboat matched our flight schedule — even though transfer was mentioned as included in the booking. We had to pay an extra USD 145 for an earlier transfer, and we were sent to the airport 3 hours earlier than necessary, along with other tourists. This took away from the comfort and exclusivity we expected. Additionally, everything at the resort is extremely overpriced — from services to extras — which felt excessive even for a one-night stay. Overall, the island is beautiful and peaceful, but we expected a more transparent and reasonably priced experience from a luxury resort like this.

The resort is very near to Male airport with a 20 minutes boatride,which will help to start your vacation early. Staffs are so cool and helpful. They were so supportive for my child. And my lifestyle host Maksud from Uzbekistan was an awesome guy,who where there for us always for anything. I wish him a smooth and properous life ahead.

We were staying for 2 night in this property. Arrived at Male airport, one of the staff already there then took us to the boat and ready for transfer. Mr. Maksud very helpful and friendly he was in charge since we arrived and escort till the end of our stay. We seen million dollar views surroundings us. At night saw beautiful colour fish swam under the glass floor. The Grand Kodhipparu Maldives very clean, white sand beaches, colourful ocean water good for relaxing. The property provided varieties food for breakfast. We also tried local cuisine, it was so delicious. We went for spa and loved it. Thank you for your hospitality.
