Good location if travelling north to NC500. We liked the fact you could use the shared lounge/ breakfast area to have an evening snack, make a picnic for the next day etc

Quiet room, very lovely staff. Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast and lounge. Nothing too much trouble. Beautiful location on the water and well placed to explore Inverness and surrounding area (you would need a car). Easy to park. This was a great stay.

Andrea has been a very good host and the place itself was very pleasant. Would recommend again if you don't have to absolutely stay in Inverness (it's just across the bridge on the A9), or stay south of it.

This was our third stay with Andrea and Stuart. It's ideally situated to visit Inverness and the Black Isle. There are lovely views across the firth and the village is quiet.
