Dodds House is a delightful B&B of the highest quality. Our room was beautifully furnished with a superb comfortable bed, TV, fridge and sofa. The en suite bathroom was also excellent with a great shower. John and Adam provided a really good breakfast and there was complimentary tea and coffee making which was most welcome.

The property is situated on a beatiful island in Lake Champlain - a wonderful location. We loved our room which was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all amenities. The owners were very friendly and welcoming but not intrusive and Aida provided us with lovely breakfasts. The B&B accomodation is part of the family home but discrete from it with its own front door so we were able to come and go when we pleased. A proper home from home.

I loved the location , not far from Burlington, and right by Lake Champlain. It's close to a few tourist attractions. Even though the house was right by Route 2 it was quiet. There was a beautiful garden on site with patio chairs to relax outside. The hosts, John and his mother were personable and always ready to help. The breakfast in the morning was hearty and delicious and varied from day to day. The room had all the necessary amenities and was comfy and large. I had all I needed. The interior of the house was filled with beautiful furniture , including antiques. The outside was quite nice too. Next time I'm in that area of Vermont , I will definitely stay there again.

John and Aida were wonderfully welcoming and had a lovely chat with John about the charity work they do for Angels In Honduras. A great stay all round, good breakfast, very comfortable rooms and great location.
