Excellent location, right across the road from the beach. Smallish flat but more than adequate for two couples. Everything we needed for a couple of nights stay Would recommend

Breakwater is ideally located on the sea front and gives an excellent view of the islands Craigleith, and Bass rock. It is also provides easy access to all the local amenities which are within walking distance. The property is very well presented and very clean and comfortable, and has everything you would need during your stay.
