Mary Ellen was great. I couldn't figure how to turn the heat up so called front desk. she came straight to my room to show me. which I should have figured out myself and she was not the least bit judgemental or critical of me.

Staff are friendly have stayed many times with no issues. New mattresses in all rooms and updates happening.
