The place is refurbished recently. Good entrance/room to stay. Also kitchen with coffee machine, bottled water in the fridge. The room I stayed was newly rebuild with very good windows to block the street noise, very clean.

Vanessa the owner was amazing even though no English she went over and beyond to communicate with us via an app in person. We were lucky we arrived the afternoon of the beer festival. Ended up meeting the whole family. Perfect location to sit and watch the town celebrate. Located on Piazza but the tripke glazing kept any noise out. Great nights sleep very comfortable. Breakfast included at locale Cafe and private parking organised for 15 euro. This was our last stop in Italy before heading to Roma airport. A great option.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. Everything was new in high standard. It is located in a small quiet village on the top of the mountain. People there were very nice and helpful.
