The hotel is located near the sea in a rural area 15 kilometers south of Cuxhaven. It is quiet, well maintained and tidy. The hotel's restaurant serves very good food, with large portions. And of course you can have a good beer too. I booked a single room and got a large room with a large double bed. Tiled bathroom with toilet and shower. Everything was clean and tidy. It went well to darken the room for a good sleep. The breakfast was adequate. Staff behave correctly, without excelling. Free parking. The hotel and the stay exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased.

Located in a small village, the hotel seems popular with cyclists who come for the scenery and easy cycling. The atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly, speaking English as well as German.
