The property was ideally situated in a quiet and tranquil location but within easy reach of the motorway network, It had everything you could ask for in an escape from the pressures of work maintaining a charming restful ambience, the hosts where helpful, welcoming but unobtrusive. The wider community where also welcoming and friendly and made us feel it was a good place to come back too.

The Place and the Landlord are great I can recommend it. There is a possibility to Rent bikes and do a day trip to Den Hag or Delft

In our two week trip on our cycles around the Netherlands this was undoubtedly the best accommodation we encountered. The hosts were charming, the bedrooms were huge and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The whole accommodation had an air of peace and tranquility which we savoured at the end of a busy holiday. Delft was very close and accessed via a beautiful wooded area. Our cycles were secured during our stay in a locked garage to which we were given a key. Breakfast was provided, as was a mini bar in the communal area with very reasonable prices. The shower room was large and the shower excellent.

The location was perfect for us as we needed a stop-over point in our travels to the North of the Netherlands. The adjacent windmill was iconic. We arrived in the evening, and Atie suggested a lovely walk and dinner spot very close by - around the pond surrounded by nature and trees.
